Your All-On-4 Plus® Journey
The All-On-4 Plus® treatment process varies for each patient. At Dental Couture, our experienced implantologists use state-of-the-art technology with gentle, expert care throughout your treatment.
The entire treatment typically takes several months from start to finish, allowing time for healing and osseointegration.
1. Examination and Treatment Planning | 1 to 2 weeks
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive dental exam to evaluate whether you’re a suitable candidate for All-On-4 Plus®. We take x-rays, 3D scans, photos, and possible moulds of your teeth to create your personalised treatment plan.
As certified Digital Smile Design Masters, we create a digital preview specific to your facial features, so you can visualise your treatment outcome before we begin.
2. Implant Placement and Immediate Final Teeth™ | 1 day surgery, 3 to 6 months healing
We extract any necessary teeth and surgically place the four implants into your jawbone. With our Immediate Final Teeth™ system, your final prosthesis is often provided within days of surgery, allowing you to maintain function and appearance during the healing period.
The titanium frame connects all the implants together, distributing pressure evenly to protect each implant while they integrate with your jawbone.
3. Integration and Ongoing Care
Once the implants have fully integrated with your jawbone through osseointegration (typically several months), the foundation is established. You’ll have your permanent teeth designed to enhance your natural features, with the flexibility for future adjustments if needed.

What is the recovery time after implant surgery?
Most patients return to light activities within a few days following implant surgery. Swelling, bruising, and tenderness are normal responses and gradually improve over the first week.
However, full healing requires time for osseointegration, the process where your jawbone bonds with the titanium implant. This typically takes several months, though you’ll be able to function normally during this period. We monitor your progress closely to ensure proper healing before placing your final crown.
Can I get All-On-4 Plus® if I’ve been told I don’t have enough bone?
All-On-4 Plus® may still be an option even if you’ve been told your jawbone cannot support implants. This system requires only four implants to replace 10 to 14 teeth, allowing our implantologists to identify and use the strongest portions of your jawbone.
The strategic placement of the implants maximises the use of available bone. During your complimentary consultation, we’ll evaluate your specific situation with 3D scans and x-rays to determine if this treatment is suitable for you.
How do I care for my All-On-4 Plus® teeth?
Caring for your All-On-4 Plus® prosthesis is similar to caring for natural teeth. Brush at least twice daily and use interdental brushes or water flossers to clean around the implants and under the prosthesis.
Regular professional cleanings and dental exams are essential to monitor the health of your implants and surrounding tissue. Avoid smoking, as it increases the risk of implant failure.
