Dr Kim Vu graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Dentistry and began her career serving regional Victorian communities in both private and public sectors before returning to Melbourne. Passionate about cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and smile design, Dr Kim believes dentistry is more than just treating teeth. It’s about creating smiles that are healthy, functional, and natural-looking. Although well versed in general dentistry, she has a special interest in comprehensive smile treatments and wisdom tooth removal, and is currently expanding her knowledge through a Post Graduate Orthodontic Diploma.

What truly distinguishes Dr Kim is her genuine empathy and ability to listen. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, goals, and concerns, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. Her gentle manner and warm presence are especially appreciated by patients who feel anxious about dental visits. As she often says, “Never treat a stranger” – she loves getting to know each person beyond their dental needs, building trust and comfort from the very first visit.

Outside the clinic, Dr Kim enjoys travelling, beach days, hiking, and exploring nature. She brings this same curiosity and joy for life into her work, always seeking new ways to grow and deliver high-quality patient care.
